#465: I have not received my award, winner kit and everything else and it's been a long time since the Awards ceremony, how can I have them?
Basically, we distributed all the winner kits during the award ceremony and gala night, free of charge (both the kit as well as the gala participation is free of charge for pro edition entrants), if you did not attend the award ceremony, you would not be able to get your winner kit. However, as many participants requested, we started shipping the winner kits to addresses worldwide. We usually close the shipment within 30 days of award ceremony. If you did not receive your kit, the most common reason is that you most likely did not request a delivery by paying a shipment fee. Requesting a delivery is possible from your control panel under delivery and shipments section till 30 days after gala night however if you did not request within this time period you might be too late. In most cases, we try to re-enable your shipment request system so that you could login and request a shipment. The second possibility is that, if you paid for delivery and did not receive the winner kit, it might have been lost in shipment, if this is the case, you can fill a claim form and we can send you a new winner kit but to a different address than the one we sent before to ensure that the kit would be delivered.
