#500: My Design Hero image displays incomplete or wrong name for my design agency or company.
The name on your Design Hero image is taken from your Account Profile from the Name on Certificate section which would normally overwrite your Full Name that is created by putting together Your Name and Your Surname as you provide for the Account Profile. In the Design Hero image, there is a reference to the Name on Certificate, which is the name that would normally appear on certificates and yearbook pages; the name that overwrites your Full Name. However, in the Design Hero image there is also reference to your First Name, this is because when talking about someone, writing their complete name feels distant and weird; consider the following sentence: John Smith is a designer. In the following sentence there is no need to repeat John’s full name, and repeating it would make the text feel weird and rather strange. For professionals and individual participants, this does not create an issue, however in very rare circumstances, this might not be the desired solution for enterprises or agencies. One temporary solution to this issue is to have the First Name as the complete name you wish to display, and leave the Surname empty (or use a single space character if submitting the form empty is not allowed). After this operation, you might want to contact us so that we delete the old image and make a new one. Alternatively you might consider to request us to make a bespoke design hero poster, the service is noted in Account Services page.
