#304: I am the PR manager of a company which does interior design and recently we did the interior design of a major hotel and I want to submit our project to A' Design Awards. I would like to know, do I have to pick a room or a lobby to submit our work or can I submit the whole hotel project with photographs of each room, lobby and outdoors.
For submitting a hotel project, we suggest you make use of all optional images plus the main image as well as the PDF. Video is not required. For the main image, mostly lobby can be submitted, since hotel lobbies are usually the most glamorous part of the work with great attention to details as they are the entry places which create the first impression. It is better to use a wide-angle lens for making a good photo that captures the overall space. For optional images, we suggest to submit restaurant, suite rooms, outdoors and other spaces which could reinforce the presentation. In your PDF you can also submit many other images that shows other details, but especially a flow layout, simple technical drawings could help you score higher points by communicating the in-depth thinking behind the spaces.
