#167: How can I get formal invitation letters to attend to the gala night?
You can download your formal invitation letters directly from our online system. First please login and go to your control panel, and then from the post-competition tab, click on the gala-night, you will see that for each winning design, you have four downloads available; firstly for the winner, you have a download for entrance ticket, and a download for the invitation letter which is a formal letter that you could present when applying for visa for example, you must edit the invitation letter to enter the correct details for the invitee, and again you have two downloads for your guest, one entrance ticket and an invitation letter, likewise you should also edit their information as well. Finally please confirm your invitations from the same panel.
