#420: Could you please tell me if a work wins the design award who will receive the winner package? The profile owner or the Company that commissioned the work?
We distribute the design award winner packages in the Gala night for professional edition winners and those who cannot come to gala-night can request a delivery. For digital edition winners a digital kit could likewise be ordered. Therefore, whoever comes to gala night or requests a shipment for the kit delivery would likely to own the kit; we do not have a policy about it and it depends on the agreement between you and the company, in practice, whoever pays for the nomination fees is the owner of the physical kit, however companies might decide to leave their kits to designers and sometimes companies who might have sponsored the entries could ask the kits, furthermore it is also possible to order duplicate kits; in this case both the company and the designer would have the kit.
