#478: I won a Platinum award but my trophy is Golden, why is that?
When we 3D print the trophies in metal using stainless steel, we can apply special coating and plating to them or print them in different materials to differentiate the trophies; the coating and plating options are Stainless Steel Polished (Iron Trophy), Real Bronze Polished (Bronze Trophy), Nickel Plated and Polished Stainless Steel (Silver Trophy) and Gold Plated and Polished Stainless Steel (Golden Trophy), for Platinum Design Award winners, within the box it is noted Platinum Award but inside you will find a Gold Plated and Polished Trophy. If you obtained Platinum award status but received a gold plated trophy within black box that says platinum design award, that is perfectly normal as is imposed by the material and plating possibilities.
