#336: My design excellence certificate displays the wrong name.
The name on certificate must be written by someone from your team, our support team cannot naturally know what to put to certificates and if the name is wrong, trust that we cannot possibly put another name in any case. The certificate name errors usually happen for large companies in which the person (usually a secretary) who makes the entries on behalf of others might write their own name instead, to avoid this, profile naming section, shall be read. We should note that we have a certificate preview system where we ask winners to type the name to appear on certificates as explained in download certificates section, accessible from control panels in the post competition section. If the name on certificates section is not filled, then the profile name is used for creating your certificates. Furthermore when making an entry if you type designers' name as team members, in this case, these names naturally appear on certificates when the certificate option 3 is chosen. However, the rule is for each entry with different design team a new account must be opened, or as told earlier alternatively the certificate option 3 shall be selected and confirmed before the gala-night for us to be able to create and print certificates with the team members' names. This being said, if your certificates do not display the correct name you can obtain them the following way; you can update your name and surname of the account, download the certificate and repeat it for other names, but the easier way is putting them to team member section. However team member section could be locked after results announcement.
