#364: To enter the fashion design part of the competition, do you want completed garments now or is it preliminary designs and complete the garments at a later stage? Also for the entry do you want or need a process of design - as in where the concept of the garment came from?
The A' Design Award fashion design competition is open to both concept fashion designs as well as finished garments, however we prefer to have photos of finished garments, professionally photographed on fashion models, as this usually leads to best possible presentation. We accept fashion concepts and drawings for award nomination if the work is very clearly drawn or rendered. We care where the process comes from but it should be communicated as part of the textual description rather than visual presentation when possible, furthermore the fashion design process could also be explained in the accompanying PDF document.
