#535: If I confirm my gala participation late, is it possible?

It is possible to confirm your gala participation after gala participation deadline but there will be a surcharge depending on how late you confirm. The surcharge applied for late confirmations is necessary due to the increased effort and resources required to accommodate last-minute changes. These may include rearranging seating plans, adjusting catering requirements, reprinting event materials, and coordinating additional staff to manage unforeseen tasks. The surcharge helps us cover these extra costs and maintain the high quality of the event for all attendees. We kindly encourage award winners to confirm their participation as early as possible, enabling us to make the necessary arrangements for an exceptional Gala Night.
