This is a respond to a previously asked question about the A' Design Award and Competition. The full list of frequently asked questions can be accessed here.

#360: If we choose to get a preliminary evaluation for our design by uploading or work, is it obligatory to nominate the projects later or can we decide and pay the nomination after known the score?

To get a preliminary score you need to submit your design but you do not need to nominate it at that point, you can wait to get your preliminary score before nomination, basically when you upload a design to the competition we consider it a submission and after your submission, you get a preliminary score and you are free to do whatever afterwards, only after uploading a design you get free score and decide whether to proceed or not afterwards, if you choose not proceed for nomination after submission that is very okay for us, indeed we suggest not to proceed if you get a low score, and we suggest but never oblige or require to nominate if you get a high score, therefore you can choose to pay the nomination fee if you get a high score and if you get a low score, you can simply do not nominate the design, when you do not nominate, the design will not take part in the competition.
