#229: I have submitted a design with images, but received an email stating that there is not any images, is there anything wrong with my submission?

No, nothing is wrong in your submission. In most cases, if you have uploaded a design with images and still receive an email that says submission lacking images, this is due to the fact that the email is about a different submissions you made. When you create a new submission, by clicking on upload designs, a new design ID number is assigned. This submission is automatically queued for preliminary checking within several days. Usually it happens that designers could click the button twice, or abandon the process before completing it, and later start a new submission process instead of updating the initial submission, which, also creates a new design ID in the system. Therefore, if you receive an email about your submission, which has images, but the email says it lacks images, this is because the design ID is different, i.e. it could be possible that you make a previous submission which did not had the images, and later instead of updating your submission with images, perhaps you created a new submission, and both of submissions were queued therefore you receive multiple notification letters, which may lead to this confusion. To remind once more, each submission creates a new design ID in the system, and every submission regardless completed or not, gets preliminary checking, and notification. A reason for this is because it is not possible to automatically determine if a submission is totally complete or not, neither we want to create added burden for designers to request preliminary checks after each submission, therefore, each new design ID you create in the system is queued for evaluation, and sometimes, you would receive notifications for the null-entries, or duplicates, please just ignore them.
