#419: I would like to ask your images format is RGB or CMYK? Which color format shall I use for the documents and images?

Use RGB always because we will be generating some images based on them and our system is based on RGB. If you upload CMYK files the colors could be displayed incorrectly in our system so we suggest to use RGB for all images uploaded to our platform.
