#272: Our company usually uses a picture, which isn't created by us, but we have got rights to use it as we bought the image. Can we upload this image to as a part of our project presentation to A' Design Award?
If your company has commercial license to an image, you can potentially upload it to A' Design Awards as a part of your entry presentation but please check if the license you have gives you this right beforehand. It is important to ensure your license type allows this; if you are not sure, contact the image or stock photography provider. Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the images you upload brings A' Design Awards no harm (you are agreeing in the participation terms and conditions that you are responsible and liable for any damages or complaints that could potentially arise from your misuse of others' images or creative properties, including any fees to attorneys etc). Given all these conditions, it is preferred and suggested that you use only original images that you or your design team create, or the images that you have professionally commissioned other designers or photographers and have license to.
