#541: I win A' Design Award Pro-Edition but I was not invited to any exhibitions? I did not also receive any emails after gala.
Upon reviewing your profile, we noted that you previously unsubscribed from our mailing list right after gala. Additionally, you explicitly communicated to us via email your wish to no longer receive any emails from us for any reason. In accordance with your explicit instructions, your email address was subsequently added to our suppression list. This means our system automatically blocks all outgoing emails, including responses to your support inquiries, to the listed address. If you now wish to resume receiving email communications from us, we kindly ask that you provide a written, signed request clearly expressing your consent. For verification purposes and to ensure compliance with your preferences, please mail this written, hand-signed request to our physical address. Upon receipt of this letter, we will be able to reactivate your email address and restore normal communication. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. That being said, there are other reasons why you may not be invited to exhibitions or events: 1) if you were rude in past events, 2) if you were not compliant with dress code in past events, 3) if you are actually not a pro-edition laureate, 4) if your account balance is negative, 5) if you did not add our support email address to your contacts some of our mails may not be delivered to your inbox, even if we invite you, 6) some events are for new laureates only, past laureates are not invited, 7) some events are exclusive to platinum or gold winners, 8) some events are subject to selection by a curator or coordinator 9) Invitations occasionally being limited due to venue capacity or logistical constraints, requiring us to rotate attendees to provide equitable opportunities for all laureates, 10) we generally invite by computer, very rarely but happens, you may be invited but invitation may not be delivered (inbox full, bounce) and sometimes just due to network errors. If you think you are not invited for any reason please just write to us, we will check in detail and we will help you and we will help you get an invitation if you are eligible for such invitation, even if you are not eligible write to us, so if it is a technical issue or not we at least investigate.
