About Noriko Hirai (Nina) : She has a unique background, having worked as a kindergarten teacher before becoming a designer. After becoming a designer, she worked as an art director and creative director at local advertising agencies and design companies in the USA, Sweden, Spain, and Finland before returning to Japan in 2013. Since 2019, she has been the executive creative director of eg+worldwide / Designory Japan. As well as being a creator, she is also a calligrapher, becoming the youngest ever assistant teacher of calligraphy at the age of 15, the only person in Japan to obtain the highest dan at the age of 17, and a master calligrapher at the age of 23. She is also a multi-talented mindfulness therapist, eating psychology coach, and Scandinavian lifestyle stylist, and is active in the Japanese media.
