The logo mark indicates both the yin-yang balance and the action of stirring soups. The color choice of the mark represents colors of many dried herbs in this product line, while also suggesting warmth and Chinese element. The clean typography and iconography help the visual system minimal without losing authenticity. The existing herb products are usually packaged in big plastic bags because of their organic shapes. My solution towards this problem is mincing all the ingredients into small dices, and organizing them in refillable and reusable glass tubes for more efficient usage and storage.
I am a multi-disciplinary designer who’s interests lie in branding, identity design, package design, graphic design, and product design with a focus on user experience. I'm much more — I'm a marketer, an advertiser, an idea generator, a foodie and still exploring more sides of me. I'm a big believer in the power of design and branding. I believe that people buy "ideas" and their first impressions instead of "stuff." We make decisions based on emotion and the "wow" moment. We come back to the same decisions based on the experience. I'm working hard on expanding my skills to create the "ideas" and to make them come true while practicing design-thinking and a balanced aesthetic.
