Octagon: Inspired by Bagua evolved from Tai Chi, Yin Yang and Wu Xing. Through the structural intersection of wood block, metal buckle, the delicate relationship between points, lines and the surface is displayed. Wu Xing represents the five elements (metal, wood, water, fire, earth), heartily experienced through a balanced composition of crafted material making up the Octagon lamp.

With over 30 years of experience in advertising and design, he has successfully led and built an impressive portfolio of creative projects for numerous multinational brands and local clients. Mac's dedication to unique expression and refined craftsmanship in his installation art has won him numerous awards and recognition from the industry. Furthermore, he continues to devote considerable time to nurture young designers and social entrepreneurs for innovative design and branding initiatives.
