RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The main idea was to build a Castle the same as from the fairy tales, but with the real construction materials. No any artificial products. Some of the initial ideas had been changed during the construction process, but the main idea remains. As a result of more than twenty years the Castle became more attractive than any previous expectations and many companies from Hollywood, Russia and India make their movie productions using the natural decors of the castle, lake and garden.
CHALLENGE: The main obstacle was to change the style of thinking of the people who never believed, that such big project can be started and realized. First six years were collected and transported stones only with 10 workers from the local village and with old truck. Two generations of the families grow and still work in the Castle together with their grandsons. The Castle was build only with own funds and guest's donations. No any bank loans, foreign investments or EU funds.
