Singular Entity Account Types vs Group Account Types: If you need to use or mention multiple names in yearbooks, certificates and account names, you should use one of the Group Account Types such as Collective, Partnership, Cooperation, Alliance, Collaboration or Consortium that allows group entries and multiple entities. It is important for you to know and understand that if you do not intend to have multiple entity names listed as part of your account type and yearbook page, then it does not make sense to use Group Account types since Group Account Types are more expensive. Using Singular Entity Account Types, such as Agency, Media, Government, Enterprise, Non-Profit, Start-up you can still list up to two team members at the team-members section of your designs (except for Young, Professional, Academics account types). The difference between Singular Entity Account Types and Group Account Types is that Group Account Types will allow you to list multiple, up to three (3) entity names in yearbook pages, for the account name and for designer rankings while the Singular Entity Account Types will only allow up to one (1) entity name for account name, designer rankings and yearbook page. Furthermore, Group Account Types allows you to list more team members for your design as indicated below. |

Maximum Team Size (Max. Team Size)
Maximum Team Size refers to the number of designers or entities that can be included in the "Team Members" section of your design presentation. The number of team members allowed may depend on the account type. Some account types such as Professional, Young, and Academic, only permits "Individual Entry" which means for Team Members Section you can only list your own name, while others account types such as Enterprise, Start-up, Consortium among others allow multiple team members to be listed at the "Team Members" section for your project presentation. The list of "Team Members" are publicly displayed for award-winning entries and are also noted in press releases and other communication. It is important to note that, for yearbooks, infographics, and profile pages, listing multiple names could disrupt the graphic presentation and thus, in most cases, we require using a short group or brand name where appropriate, for some account types such as Enterprise and Agency among others, we allow listing up to 3 names if space permits, all these details are noted in Account Types page. We we believe in recognizing individual contributions thus we will do our best to include "Team Members" names in design presentation pages, press releases, and other content where space permits. Whenever possible, we try to prepare, paginate, print and include a unique certificate for each team member listed in your "Team Members" section in your winner kits. It's worth noting that normally, you would have to order these additional certificates for team members at an extra cost, but we do our best to provide them free of charge out of our respect for your team members. However, please understand that there may be times when we may not have enough time to prepare them or we may just prepare certificates for the first ten team members. Therefore, if you need to ensure that you have additional certificates for all your team members, it's recommended to order them at an extra cost. If we prepare, paginate, print and include multiple certificates for your team members ourselves and out of our own pocket, we will typically frame only one and provide the other certificates in a secure folder for safekeeping, except for cases if you ordered the additional certificates by paying for them in that case these additional certificates would come framed as well.
Type of Entry: It is possible to join the competition under Professional Edition (the standard method) as well as Digital Edition (Digital Entry), as well as Vision Edition (Smart Entry) and Classic Edition (Industry Standard Entry). There is also Platinum Edition and JNPL Editions available. Furthermore, there is the possibility take part via Nomination Tickets or Cards: Such as Red Ticket, Golden Ticket or Black Tickets. There are also Campaigns which you could purchase or win special entry tickets. The most popular way is the Professional Edition. |
