PRIMARY FUNCTION: Branding System
INSPIRATION: Because the company will serve as a hub for the Brazilian real estate market, including bringing foreigner investments, the visual choice was inspired by the iconic basalt formations that occurred in Ireland. These natural structures, formed millions of years ago by volcanic processes, symbolize the perfect integration between the strength of nature, the harmony of forms and stability over time.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Avesta represents a bold fusion of vision, leadership, and innovation, establishing itself as a brand committed to progress and sustainability. With a sophisticated and commanding presence, Avesta mirrors the Brazilian corporate real estate landscape, conveying strength, strategy, and foresight. Seamlessly blending efficiency with innovation, Avesta is poised to redefine the industry with agile, forward-thinking, and sustainable solutions.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: -
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in September 2024 in Recife, Brazil, and it was finished (approval) by January 2025.

CHALLENGE: By bringing the brand closer to this scenario, the message conveyed is one of solidity, permanence and balance. Just as the basalt hills were sculpted with precision by the action of nature, the brand seeks to reflect meticulous care in every detail of its projects, supporting business strategies on safe and rigorous bases.
Furthermore, the continuous beauty of these formations communicates intelligence and order, attributes that reinforce the company’s positioning as a reliable partner in the creation of spaces planned with vision and creativity.
Inspired by the basalt hills of Ireland, the logo embodies a symbol of robustness, longevity and natural design, aligning with the brand’s core values and its commitment to building solid paths to success for its clients.
