INSPIRATION:
Created materials for a hypothetical or an existing conference. Designed a visual concept that demonstrates a conceptual and typographical system.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Shifts in design, society, culture are constant and designers are forced to make tough decisions. Does a graphic designer take on type design? Should a visual artist delve into UX? Do type foundries dedicate more attention to web fonts? To be competitive, designers need to be competent in web, print, mobile, type design, and UX. Using illustration, color, typography, layout, and a variety of circular design elements to convey the idea of Focus.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Various deliverables were developed, including a promotional campaign, website, design app, publication, and TYPO design conference.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in March 2017 and finished in April 2017 in San Francisco.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Created materials for a hypothetical or an existing conference. Designed a visual concept that demonstrates a conceptual and typographical system. The typographic grid-pattern experiments were created for the 2017 International Design Conference - TYPO Focus.
CHALLENGE:
Typography is the most important component of graphic design. The composition of a typeface consists of a specific vocabulary, accurate measurements, and central specifications that should always be identified and taken into consideration. Typographic hierarchy is the way to establish and move the order in which the audience receives information from the design.
