Lovekar Design Associates, the creative mind behind the winning design Rai House explains “The Architects revived a 30 yr old row house for a young urban couple by opening up the narrow, linear space. Unnecessary walls were removed, the existing duct redesigned to create an open-to-sky court & walls finished in earth colors to compliment the tropical climate & design character.
