An existing restaurant reconfigured to a pub & restaurant of two floors connected with a double height. The design had to be cost effective and with a quick construction turnaround. The new structure was exposed outside the existing building to create an exoskeleton. We retained & restored the backdrop gabled wall. The upper floor is almost entirely open to its sides, bringing the greenery inside. The front façade screen has louvres designed to modulate porosity to the space.
