With the many years of living abroad and staying experiences of boutique hotels of the client, the design team would like to anchor the design on Practical Functions and Aesthetic Living, for creating a reserved yet culturally enriched residential space. The public domain with large-area windows and vista of greenery view, through a refined layout strategy, was treated without superfluous decorations while the private domain was designed as a warm and relaxing resting quarter.

Derson Chiu is the founder and design director of Simple Design Studio, who has more than 10 years design and management experiences in many field. He built the interior design team in 2016 with a group of young talent and professional people and under the leadership the team has winning many interior design awards worldwide.

The design team has a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism in interior design.
