The design is located in the Hutong area in Beijing, also wants to integrate this historical Hutong culture with a new design and introduce the new co-living lifestyle to public, so it is a combination of old and new. The design kept the structure and façade of the existing Hutong courtyard, incorporating some modern design into the interior, the apartment uses loft form, and added many public areas to attractive young people to come and learn about Hutong culture.
