A biophilic work environment was envisaged for a law firm in Singapore. A verdant spine anchors the spatial organisation of the office inspired by both natural landforms and vernacular forms/materials. This linear architectural datum incorporates storage, shelving, printing station, a meeting niche and an overhanging arch of flora in one compact element, enabling an efficient workflow amongst the different work spheres. The aesthetics of the greenery draws inspiration from the tropical rainforest and was intentionally designed to be on the wild side, reflective of the flora in this region.
