A multigeneration family house manifested as a blend of modern aspirations and traditional values of its habitants. Situated within a dense urban fabric, the site demanded careful consideration of massing to maintain privacy and openness. The physical form is conglomerated within a single cubic volume leaving one third of the land for landscaping. All components of the house adhere to this inherent geometry at various scales. The overall composition of the cube exuding clarity and simplicity.

“Reasoning Instincts Architecture Studio” as its name suggests is an architectural practice based on distinct design skills of its partners Bhairavi Dhoot and Ujjaval Parekh. Established in August 2014, the studio is a conglomeration of young architects with strong research-based, human-centric, creative and dynamic design approach.
