The inspiration behind this wall-mounted light fixture project comes from the project to combine an atmosphere of warmth being emitted by a building dating back to 1752, with the requirements of a modern, unique restaurant with its own sense of culinary style. To achieve this the light has been styled on a traditional chef’s hat with a twist, namely using zips as a central part of its construction. The designer of the Zip Lamp has used vertically installed zips, each attached to each other in perfect uniform, and wrapped around its steel frame.
