As the architectural plan of the overall building is a quadrangle, the 200 plus residential units surround the central courtyard, therefore the design focal point is the garden landscaping, with a beech tree as main landscaping piece, as a core symbolism of Home, with certain layered plantation and pebble to create visual layers. As the whole building has a primary and a secondary entrance, the design in lobbies or relevant public amenities anchors on the fusion with the natural landscaping element in the courtyard, which is visible from any part of the space.
