This project is of approximately 264 square meters, adjacent to a green parkland, as the designer adopted open-plan to bring in exterior light and view; as for material usage, it consists of mainly naturalistic masonry and timber veneer materials, complemented by some ironwork elements in creating a warm, comfortable and modern exquisite living space. The overall creative concept was inspired by the closely knitted relationship amongst the family members of the owner, such that the public spaces such as living room, dining room, and study, are connected together as the core area of family.

Dayao Interior Design was founded 5 years ago, with Mr. Tseng as its design director, in charge of projects ranging from residential, commercial, office, landscape design and construction. With his 16 years of interior design experiences, his venture has taken him from design studio to the current design firm, with design works in demo interior, lobby and public domain design, or future collaboration with architects.
