This is a four-story residential building construction and interior design project. The elongated construction site allows for the design of the building’s facade. The building’s exterior features precast concrete panel-like coating with faux wood grain texture, as well as dark-colored pebble paver and solid wood steel door. The entrance of the building is intentionally designed on the side to create a natural vestibule between the interior and exterior.
