Luminous designed to offer ergonomic lighting solution and surround sound system in a single product. It is aimed to create emotions that the users desire to feel and utilized a combination of sound and light to achieve this goal. The sound system developed on the basis of sound reflection and simulates 3D surround sound in the room without the need for wiring and installing multiple speakers around the place. As a pendant light, Luminous creates direct and indirect illumination. This lighting system provides a soft, uniform, and low contrast light which prevents glare and vision problem.

M. Namayandegi has worked as a researcher and freelance designer since 2005 and developed various types of products including home appliances, lighting, and also solutions for disabled people. As a design researcher, he has published papers about creative design tools, user-centered design processes, and Ergonomics. He believes that good design creates a new experience for the users and improves human life while reducing environmental effects and increasing equality.

M. Namayandegi has a Master of Industrial Design from Tehran University of art. He has worked as a freelance industrial designer (since 2005) and experienced developing various types of products including educational toys, solutions for disabled people, electronic devices and portable structures. As a design researcher, he also has published different papers about Creative design tools and Human factors and ergonomics.
