The stage gives the platform to present the achievements of the previous year, the look needs to be appropriate to forward the overall message of the event and create audience admiration by itself. It needs to be flexible enough to match the different individual designs that are needed for the different parts of the show and at the same time, it needs to be built to enable a fast load in and load out.

Sets & Props SMP is an automated machine shop with the purpose to build stages for international, non-profit events. The shop is specialized in realization of stages which create audience admiration and forward the message of the event and at the same time, Sets & Props builds the stages in a way that they can be set up easily and look unique.

As part of Scientology Media Productions, the Sets & Props shop is producing stages for international events with the purpose to integrate the look of the stage with the overall concept of the event. The Sets & Props shop is an automated machine shop, we program a robot and 5-axis CNC machines to cut out our designs and then assemble the pieces, get internal lighting into the set pieces, make them easy to load in and to assemble and overall make sure that the look is achieved that had been envisioned by the Art Director. As there are only 6 crew members in the shop, these 6 need to be efficient to get the items made in time for the shipping.
