The product is composed by a perforated wooden plate and three triangular steel brackets. Each shelf takes advantage of modularity to form a fluid system that can be customized according to users necessities and space context by combining its positions and switching places of its moving brackets. Its shapes, materials and structural systems were studied and developed in order to get to the best result in terms of ease of assembly, visual harmony, possibility of customization and integration in multiple spaces.
Sisters and architects graduated at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, they began their contact in the furniture design field through the development of interior design projects and training courses in London, Barcelona and São Paulo. With work experience in architecture and design offices, they aim to create a line of multidisciplinary thinking, exploring and incorporating different visions to their work.
Estúdio Parrado designs and manufactures contemporary interior products and furniture with focus on a clean, simple and original aesthetic. Based in São Paulo and created by the sisters Lilian and Luisa Parrado, one of the main goals of the studio is the development of pieces with strong presence, produced under premises such as innovation in structural systems, modularity and customization.
