A sustainable building which has been designed with attention to urban context of project with awareness of project issues like design as an urban catalyst and development stimulus of urban area. This project considers the main concepts of urban design such as unique life style of citizens, regional materials, preserving and utilizing valuable views, Transfer Oriented Development and accessibility for all groups specially people with disabilities.

Since his childhood he was interested in art and architecture so he won a silver medal in 21th world school children for exhibition in Korea while he was 10 years old. Thereafter He decided to be an architect so got his PhD. of Architecture in 2006 and after that, came back to his childhood city, Shiraz. Then he became a faculty member of Shiraz University of Art and Architecture.He starts his professional life in two different part. Frist teaching architecture and Second part of his life is about his professional life carrier as an architect, designer and consulting engineer.

One of the most powerful and famous investors in Shiraz city, with an acceptable number of large construction experiments. This firm was funded in 2001 and over these 17 years has gained a lot of valuable skills in constructing. There are 60 employees work at different departments of this firm. Every employee has adequate qualifications in order to perform modern process of creating constructions and buildings with various functions.
