The design of the new Jumbo Seafood restaurant in Shanghai, China, is a fresh interpretation of luxurious modern dining experience in a Chinese restaurant. The design also aims to further introduce Singapore in international f and b industry. The 8500 square feet restaurant can accommodate 140 guests in the general dining area and 72 in their seven VIP rooms.
JUMBO Seafood had a humble beginnings in 1987. Operating from a single outlet in East Coast Seafood Centre, Singapore, the restaurant soon gained a loyal following, capturing the hearts of local and overseas gastronomes with its fresh seafood cooked in perfection. With its Singapore Chili Crab and Black Pepper Crab as the "star dishes", its reputation grew, as did the number of outlets.
