This project can be defined as a contemporary, modernized and friendly form of a villa which offers an intimate feeling for pedestrians. The building design ended up as a compromise between construction and nature. Mentioned consensus encompasses simplicity, brevity, and deference to natural context. Building design in the section is harmonized with its surrounding by converting sharp edges to curves in roofs and extending roofs and walls smoothly on top of the ground. Stated coordination in the plan is manifested through dividing plan into three parts as an effect of trees penetration.

This villa is a personal property of the owners of a renowned company. This company consists of gravel mines and asphalt producing complex and its central office inside the capital(Tehran) which is allocated to the implementation team. Since the requisite primary need of the client was villa convenience to their factory in spite of its arid climate, this project is located in the nearest country with a pleasant mountainous climate.
