Flexibility is the client’s mission. Therefore, an open area as reception linked with operable wall conference room is ideally for the space. It is very convenient to convert 2 spaces into separate area.

Team spirits, sharing ideas, group discussion is our routeine to ensure our design is meeting clients target. Model making, 3d rendering or hand sketch is the way to express designers thinking. Customers also feeling positive when we show more sketches, this way is to convince customers that we have been trying different way but this is the best design ever.

Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District (CBD) is located west of downtown Shanghai and covers 86 square kilometers. 27-square-kilometers of its total area contain its main function area and the remaining 59- square-kilometers are for expansion. The core area of Hongqiao CBD is about 4.7 square kilometers. Positioned as a first class global business district, Hongqiao CBD will integrate the function and development of high-end business and trading, and conventions and exhibitions. It will also serve as transportation hub to spur on the city’s economic development and promote the adjustment of urban space layout and boost the construction of the Shanghai International Trade Center. The zone will act as a new engine for further development in the Yangtze River Delta area, according to the 13th Five-Year Development Plan (2016-20) recently released by the Shanghai Municipal Government. To achieve its goal, the Hongqiao CBD administration committee said it will accelerate construction work and integrate a series of development characteristics. For example, as part of the construction of the National Green Demonstration Area, all newly-built structures will be required to be green buildings.
