Özhan Hazirlar was born in Reyhanli/Hatay(southeast of Turkey) in 1981. In 1999 he qualified from the Hacettepe Univercity Fine Arts Faculty Interior Architecture and Environment Design department with accomplishment exam on the 4th rank.
