PRIMARY FUNCTION: Turkish & Steak Restaurant
INSPIRATION: I was inspired from the grill, the heart of the kitchen, and I came out of the lines in my design. Also inspired by the flavors and touches a chef gives to a meal.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1-We blended it with the traditional turkish cuisine and the design of the grill culture, the modern kitchen of today and also we created a common design language.
2- On the other hand, we created different atmospheres in the restaurant we designed.
3-We want to strengthen family relationships with child areas
4- Used modular seating arrangement for more enjoyable business and group meetings
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: when you enter the place you see exactly the opposite meat cabinet and your desire to eat meat increases until you get to your table.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We have hidden all the air conditioning elements. we used the heat of the wood and the acoustic effect. We increased the ceiling height perception with the straight movements.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total Area: 1600 Square Meters.
TAGS: Combination, Transforming, Nature-related
RESEARCH ABSTRACT: I studied many traditional meat restaurants before designing the place, and I read the cultures of turkish meat from different sources. We studied the steak culture and kitchen structure in the western sources. Apart from this, we searched different materials and different application techniques. We searched the plant irrigation and breeding techniques for the corn plant wall.
CHALLENGE: We did a lot of restoration because the infrastructure of the existing building is not suitable for the design. It caused us to lose a lot of time during the construction of the place.

This beautiful Interior Space and Exhibition Design deservedly won the A' Design Award for its creative blending of traditional Turkish cuisine and the design of the grill culture with the modern kitchen of today. The various atmospheres created throughout the restaurant make it an enjoyable experience for all guests, while the modular seating arrangement provides a perfect setting for business meetings and family gatherings. The research and restoration efforts put into this design are evident and really add to its uniqueness. The ceiling height and wood heat create an amazing acoustic effect that is truly special. Congratulations to the designer of this award-winning work!
