This is an interior design of two floors boutique in Chengdu. It's designed by using a minimalist approach, with no extra decoration and excessive color. The unified display elements highlight products and make them protagonists in the whole space. The feeling the designers want to bring in is a gallery experience rather than the conventional clothing store, especially when people walk on the stair. The basic concept of "Upside Down" forms a mirrored and tightly bonded two floors space, then achieves a space tension in-between, which the designers want to create in So What Boutique.
Lin is a very creative person with strict logic in design. The experience as a PM in big architecture firm helps her to think from the whole picture. The study and life in Germany gives her very good sense about space and design. More important in her personality there's always passion, from fashion design and theory of architecture, from dancing to urban development, these are not just hobbies in her life but her life itself. Nice and cooperative but following her own heart to develop herself and her designs, she finds her way to go.
