The “Inside out” restaurant. Instead of creating a restaurant with a meat processing line, the idea was to create a butcher’s shop restaurant. According to the plan everything that could be left from the old butcher’s shop was preserved, like tiling, walls and ceiling. The modern meat processing line was built along with an open kitchen and giant Grillworks grill, wine bar, shop and comfortable accommodation for guests. Meat restaurant from the creators of "On wine", Big Wine Freaks and "Frost for Pushkin". The team prepared seriously: they learned from the famous western chefs, raised a herd of bull-calves, and started a dry-aging chamber. The restaurant Beefzavod is not for the faint-hearted: a cutting workshop will be visible from the hall, and the carcasses that mature in the chamber, as well as the grill station where steaks are prepared. "Beef Zavod" is not only a restaurant, but also a shop for meat products. The "wine freaks" did not even have a talented wine card.
