The Gull wing bench has been designed with an objective of creating a timeless, simple look and fell product for public places. The Gull wing posseses minimal design language with its graphical abstraction. The Gull wing bench is made out of carefully selected sustainable materials such as wood and metal. Harmony and contrasts are combined in design language, as well as its material selections. Warm and cold materials and the middle crossover section "X" emphasize its holistic design approach. Chorome plated metal was preferred to reflect environment through the surfaces of it.

Bilge Demirci is a Munich, Germany based Industrial Designer. He obtained his bachelor and master degrees at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. He held lectureships at several universities in the field of Industrial Design in Turkey.
