After an intense period of research, we produced a wine-bottle label printed with an extract of volcanic dust from Mount Etna.The result is extraordinary; a tactile, luminescent and visually stimulating label that connects the consumer with the very essence of the wine.By running your fingers across the elevated label, you release volcanic dust, the very smell of Etna. We have used the natural colours of the magma to evoke a sense of place in one label capturing the fine organic wines.

Mario Di Paolo, a designer and photographer, is founder and CEO of the communication and marketing company Spazio Di Paolo, which specialises in food and beverage. He has received many awards at prestigious design competitions from across the world for his marketing strategies and for the originality of his packaging designs. Spazio Di Paolo with its one thousand meters square surface, it is not a regular communication company set up in a traditional way. Indeed, it has a unique approach and organization. Our working method is built on knowledge and passion towards what we do. We have over forty years of experience in professional photography and twenty years of experience in the communication field, specialized in food & beverage. Indeed, our “factory” wisely takes care of every single detail. Marketing, research, creativity, packaging, professional photography, advertising, corporate identity, events, art, post-production are our bread and butter. Our wide portfolio includes the works we have realized and the constant exchange of ideas and knowledge with food and beverages producers, national and international buyers, journalists, chefs and artists who attended our studio.
