This flagship retail store is located in the vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, whose innovative spirit is the driving force for the design. The exterior mirrors the contemporary feel of the neighborhood and draws the passerby into the space. Guests can enjoy free coffee, read, share ideas, access Wi-Fi, and browse apps on the app wall. In-store community events and Umpqua products and services are displayed on the Community Wall, and three conference meeting rooms are available for free reservation.

Michael McCall is a practicing architect in San Francisco. He founded McCall Design Group in 1989. The firm has collaborated with clients such as Banana Republic, GAP, Victoria's Secret, Pottery Barn, SFMOMA, The San Francisco Symphony, Nike, Sephora, Smith & Hawken, Kate Spade, Williams-Sonoma, and the W Hotels to create everyday architecture which informs its context with the issues of fashion, seriality, and temporality, while addressing the broader issues of preservation, urbanization, sustainability, and globalization. Mike is also the founder and director of the McCall Design Group Summer Intern Studio, which was awarded an AIASF Merit Award for Unbuilt Design in 2005. Prior to founding McCall Design Group, Mike practiced both in San Francisco and New York City.
