Lobel bookshelf stands out thanks to his essential and rigorous lines, combining elegance with functionality. Its square shape frames and enhances the personal objects and books that a person put on its glass tops. Lobel wants to give value to objects and to characterize itself at the same time, achieving it through a determined, essential and timeless design. There are two dimensionally different versions of Lobel bookshelf in order to obtain different configurations putting them side by side as wanted from the end user.

Gabriele Cappelletti was born in Como in 7th October 1985 and he graduated at Architecture faculty of Polytechnic University of Milan. After a series of work experiences in national and international architecture offices he joined Cappelletti Architetti office where he works with his father. He grows a design which identifies itself for its stylish and technological research, with a great focus on details and materials. During his young career Gabriele received some awards among which: Deco Ter Design 2012, ComOn Design 2012, Brianza Design 2015, Good Design Award 2016. Gabriele collaborates with furniture companies working in very close contact with the many artisans in the area where he grew up. The skills and experiences gained throughout these years working side by side with the artisans continue to influence his approach to design.

Cappelletti Architetti collaborates with many furniture’s company working closely with many craftsmen in the area where its founders grew up. The capacity and the related experiences during the years by working side by side with these craftsmen influenced his approach to design. The design activity of the study established in 1970 was firstly concentrated on product, industrial and interior design and gradually extended to the architecture’s sector covering progressively the whole range of design’s service. Some projects were selected by important competitions including Selezione del XVI Compasso d'oro with the kitchen sink “Lavando” produced by ABC Cucine, Premio 5 Stelle Tecnhotel, Premio Donatella, Selezione International Management, Deco Ter Design Competition, ComOn Design, Brianza Design Competition, Good Design Award 2016.
