Poured Collection is a series of handmade objects. A small amount of pigment is added to a mixture of mineral powder and water-based acrylic polymer before it’s poured into a mould where the material flows together and creates patterns that are difficult to predict. Every movement in the casting process will affect the final pattern – It's like a ‘frozen moment’ of the time of creation where every object is unique.

Troels Flensted Studio is a young experimental danish design studio, exploring the potential within colours, material behaviour and manufacturing processes, and finds inspiration in the aesthetic and undiscovered possibilities deriving from combining the three. The work is often minimalistic in its shape – allowing the materials’ own characteristics to shine.
