Commercial building with 10 floors and over 100 small commercial offices located in Sao Jose dos Campos, SP, Brazil. Using a simple combination of elements at the facade, such as glass, masonry and brise soleil, in a staggered geometric arrangement with balconies, the architect created a dynamic result with highers neighbors, accomplishing the challenge to become a local reference using a smaller plot and law height limit.
