Fernanda Bueno Kilt Cult Fashion collection
Kilt Cult Fashion collection is Golden Design Award winner in 2016 - 2017 Fashion, Apparel and Garment Design Award Category.
Kilt Cult Fashion collection

Kilt Cult is a fashion collection created by designer Fernanda Bueno for FEMMAN, her upcoming brand whose motto is to disseminate what she calls freestyle fashion. The collection, created following a study developed by Bueno during graduation, merges Brazilian and Celtic cultures and relies on striking prints, vibrant colors and genderless modeling, and builds upon a belief that clothes have no gender, sexual orientation, age or race. Wearing Kilt Cult means saying no to standardized thought and welcoming with open arms the idea of being whoever you want to be.

Femman

Created by Fernanda Bueno, Femman was born following her graduation as a fashion designer at Fumec, in December 2015. The outfits presented during her final project's fashion show were very well received both by the audience and press members. The collection Kilt Cult went on to be awarded for design quality right out of fashion university (Premio Internacional Objeto Brasil) and was then selected to participate in the respected Brazilians To Be project coordinated by TexBrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), whose goal is to incubate fashion brands with great potential and to encourage the development of businesses within a global perspective. Therein from Kilt Cult emerged Femman, a brand whose purpose is to disseminate its freestyle fashion, building upon the concept that clothing has no gender, race or age, so whoever wants to wear it should do it. With its no labels fashion and timeless pieces, within the slow fashion standard, Femman moves against the standardized thought of those who are blind to differences, showing interest, attention and sensitivity about alternative points of view and sowing the idea of freedom of choice and the expression of diversity.
