Sharelight is designed as interactive and distributable lightning for homes and public spaces as cafes. It consists of 11 parts including body which functions as charging unit and 10 small units attached to the body. These small units can be departed from the body and become mobile lightning units on its own. The body has an ability to adjust lumen value with dimmer. Beside, the small units are designed to produce 140 lumenlight power and they are able to work for 8 hours when detached. Magnets are used for the attachment of mobile units to body and these extensions charge wirelessly.

Nimet Başar Kesdi graduated from Anadolu University, Industrial Design programme in 2010. He started his career in Designnobis. Took place in conceptualizing of many awarded product designs. After he worked for Yağmur Mobilya, one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Turkey and designed types of furniture for 2014 collections. After he moved to İstanbul, he starts working with Diagonal in a multidisciplinary team. Now he continues his studies in Ankara in furniture industry after 3 years career as full time designer and project specialist at Artedecor. Also, he is a part-time instructor in Industrial Design Department. His master thesis about furniture industry in Turkey.

Nimet Başar Kesdi and Hatice S. Kesdi who have infrastructures on design. Nimet Başar is professional industrial designer working for companies in different fields and he has passion to design systems and objects which are beneficial in social manners. Hatice has an academic background combining educational and social science in industrial design and she is in search of social innovation in design. Their goal is to provide design consultancy to deal with social problems by analyzing problem, developing working solutions and servicing inevitable technology in much more humanized way. Duo continue their study in Ankara in Turkey.
